- During the course of individual Qualification Programs, the employees identify activities that will qualify them for the professional execution of their tasks during regular target agreement discussions with their HR consultant. On this basis, a customized individual development plan with relevant training seminars and workshops for qualification is designed.
- Various Management Programs mediate new methods and expert knowledge, and support the development of leadership competences in order to be able to perform the various and challenging tasks at Schnellecke in the best possible way.
- The General Management Program is designed for senior management. Among other things, it includes topics such as leadership and communication in change processes, project and lean management, as well as financing and a series of additional seminars which are adjusted to the needs of the individual person.
